What operators ask us.
What is a data center acceptance evidence pack?
An acceptance evidence pack is a comprehensive, standards-mapped document that verifies a new data center deployment meets defined acceptance criteria. It includes per-rack power verification, cabling and labeling audits against TIA-606-C, thermal baseline measurements per ASHRAE TC 9.9, liquid cooling loop pressure and flow verification, timestamped photo evidence, serial number capture, and an explicit pass/fail determination with punch list. APEX CriticalOps delivers evidence packs within 72 hours of the site visit.
How is APEX CriticalOps different from other data center services companies?
Most data center services companies offer broad lifecycle staffing or owner's representation for large-scale builds. APEX CriticalOps delivers fixed-scope acceptance testing and compliance evidence as productized SKUs with defined deliverables and 72-hour turnaround. We focus on the Ashburn mid-market — colocation operators, GPU tenants, and MSPs who need rigorous commissioning validation without a full-lifecycle staffing engagement. Every engagement produces a signed, auditor-ready evidence pack, not a consulting recommendation.
Can you validate liquid-cooled GPU deployments?
Yes. We specialize in high-density GPU deployments running 40-100kW per rack with direct-to-chip liquid cooling. Validation includes CDU pressure and flow testing, rack-level manifold verification, coolant chemistry analysis (glycol concentration, pH, conductivity, particulate count), and thermal performance under load. This covers NVIDIA DGX H100, H200, and similar platforms deployed in Ashburn facilities.
What standards do you test against?
Our methodology maps to TIA-942-C (Telecommunications Infrastructure Standard for Data Centers), ASHRAE TC 9.9 (Thermal Guidelines for Data Processing Environments), NFPA 75 (Fire Protection of IT Equipment), BICSI-002 (Data Center Design Best Practices), and TIA-606-C (Administration Standard for Telecommunications Infrastructure).
Do you provide SOC 2 or FedRAMP compliance consulting?
No. We provide physical control evidence collection only — timestamped photographic documentation of physical data center controls such as cage locks, cabinet states, visitor logs, badge readers, and fire suppression indicators. This evidence supports SOC 2 and FedRAMP audits, but we do not write security policies, conduct access reviews, or provide GRC consulting. We refer clients to qualified GRC firms for those services.
How do I get started?
Start with a 20-minute discovery call. We'll ask about your deployment environment, validation process, and where it breaks down. If there's a fit, we'll scope a specific engagement to a defined SKU with fixed deliverables and send you a proposal within 48 hours. No obligation, no generic pitch deck.

Which facilities do you serve?
We serve data center facilities throughout Northern Virginia's Data Center Alley, including Ashburn, Loudoun County, Prince William County, and the broader corridor. This includes facilities operated by Equinix, Digital Realty, CoreSite, CyrusOne, QTS, DataBank, and others. Access is coordinated through our prime partner network of systems integrators, MSPs, and colo operators.
